These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of services and products by YOUR INNEREDGE to clients through our website, in-person sessions, or other platforms. By purchasing any service or product from YOUR INNEREDGE, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

YOUR INNEREDGE offers a range of coaching services, including but not limited to:

  • Golf coaching

  • Mindfulness and performance-based coaching

  • Virtual sessions, programs, and custom plans

Details about each service are provided at the point of sale.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be scheduled in advance via our online booking system, email, or direct communication.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept payment via [list accepted methods: credit/debit card, Venmo, PayPal, etc.].

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time result in a forfeiture of the session.

  • No-shows will be charged the full session rate.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Refund Policy

  • Coaching Sessions: If you are dissatisfied with a session, we encourage you to reach out to us—we are happy to discuss solutions or offer an additional session at a discounted rate where appropriate.

  • Digital Products: All digital downloads or virtual resources are non-refundable unless they are defective or inaccessible.

5. Client Responsibility

  • You agree to show up on time, be open and honest, and take responsibility for your results.

  • YOUR INNEREDGE is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or financial advice. You agree to consult appropriate professionals for those needs.

6. Results Disclaimer

YOUR INNEREDGE cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on individual commitment, follow-through, and personal circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided during sessions, programs, or on our website (e.g., worksheets, recordings, methods) remains the intellectual property of YOUR INNEREDGE. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YOUR INNEREDGE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Georgia.

10. Updates

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
