David Frank is a high-performance coach, mindfulness teacher, and former elite competitive athlete who believes that peak performance begins from within. Having played competitive golf since age 12, David achieved countless junior victories and competed at the collegiate level, where he first discovered the power of aligning mind, body, and spirit—a philosophy he calls “YOUR INNEREDGE.”

While Your InnerEdge was born on the golf course, David’s work reaches far beyond sport. His mission is to guide individuals toward their highest potential through a coaching methodology grounded in breath, awareness, and trust. Every session begins with stillness — learning to breathe, to watch, and to reconnect with the quiet intelligence within. From that foundation, movement becomes flow, and performance becomes expression. Through guided breathwork, mindful training, and reflective journaling, David helps athletes develop an unshakable trust in their own instincts — the kind of inner confidence that allows skill to unfold naturally and effortlessly.


Outside of sport-specific training, David is a dedicated practitioner of meditation and journaling—disciplines that have profoundly shaped his life and coaching philosophy. His certifications in mindfulness and experience with numerous retreats empower him to bring deep insight, emotional intelligence, and spiritual awareness to his work. He believes that true success on the course—and in life—comes from harmonizing the mind, body, and spirit, and his work is dedicated to helping others achieve this balance.
