  • Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS, UPS, or other major carriers. Delivery times vary based on location but typically range from 3–7 business days within the U.S.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item weight, quantity, and destination.

  • International Shipping: At this time, we primarily ship within the U.S. Please contact us for international requests.

 

Digital Products:

  • Digital content (e.g., PDFs, audio files, guides) is delivered immediately via email or download link upon payment.

  • If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours, please contact us at [david@your-inneredge.com].

2. Return Policy

Coaching Services:

  • Coaching services (including one-on-one sessions, virtual lessons, or group programs) are non-refundable once delivered.

  • If you are dissatisfied with a session, we encourage you to reach out to us—we are happy to discuss solutions or offer an additional session at a discounted rate where appropriate.

Physical Products:

  • We accept returns of physical items in unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at [david@your-inneredge.com] with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Digital Products:

  • Due to the nature of downloadable content, digital products are non-refundable.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing your content, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.

  • We will offer a replacement, credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
